Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or Hybrid in Chicago).

What you will do

  • Support senior managers in executing brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage marketing automation, email workflows, and landing pages within HubSpot.
  • Track and report on campaign performance across key marketing channels.
  • Coordinate marketing content and collateral for partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor social media inboxes, online reviews, and press release coordination.
  • Conduct competitive research, industry monitoring, and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of related marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, with HubSpot strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AI content tools like Claude and Co-Pilot.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with project management tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Monday.com, Oktopost, SEMrush, and WordPress.
  • Background in B2B marketing, healthcare, benefits, or HR technology.
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices.
