Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed project plans for IT integration initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance to users at acquired companies during the integration process.
• Troubleshoot network, identity, and application issues arising during integrations.
• Coordinate resource allocation and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically within Help Desk, Systems Administration, or Network Administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell or Python.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and its application to streamline workflows.
