What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex leasing platform migration project.
• Define and execute project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and risk management.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between business users and external software development teams.
• Coordinate solution design, UAT, defect resolution, and production cutover activities.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT implementation or migration projects.
• Proven experience leading platform migration or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in leasing, financial services, or banking is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience with leasing operations and financial systems migrations.
• Background in product migration and portfolio transformation.
• Experience in vendor management and regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
