TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (Mobility): Designing and documenting requirements for a Fleet Management Platform with an accent on vehicle/driver management and operational automation. Focus on creating detailed functional specifications, mapping complex user flows, and ensuring alignment between product and engineering teams.
Location: Must be based in Poland or Kazakhstan (CET Time Zone)

What you will do
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, including validation rules and input/output contracts.
- Map current and future user flows to identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Produce detailed functional specifications and ensure the traceability of requirements and decisions.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment by clarifying scope and supporting communication between product and engineering stakeholders.
- Define acceptance test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and scope gaps in requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a technical product environment.
- Experience with integration-heavy products and mobile application ecosystems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, sequence diagrams, and architecture specifications.
- Proficiency in flow mapping and process modeling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including discovery, refinement, and sprint planning.
- English: Intermediate (B1) level required.
Nice to have
- Experience acting as a Product Owner.
- Experience with system analysis, API documentation, and data flow mapping.
- Knowledge of identity management systems, SSO solutions, and payment integration flows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools for requirements workflows.
