Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong background in process improvement and change management within complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Financial Accounting, Traded Financial Instruments, or Liquidity is a strong advantage.
