What you will do

• Coordinate all internal reporting, including the preparation of CEO/CFO reports and QBR information.
• Develop and conduct training for global finance team members on the use of reporting tools.
• Prepare and analyze data for ad hoc requests from senior management.
• Act as a key liaison between the reporting and controlling teams.
• Drive the implementation of automation and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Identify global financial information requirements to support the continuous improvement of finance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance system architecture (SAP).
• Expertise in consolidation processes within complex multinational companies.
• Must be based in Basel initially and relocate to Zurich by Q1 2027.

• Experience with SAP Group Reporting.
