What you will do

• Steer and deliver complex, strategically relevant large-scale IT projects.
• Translate strategic and business requirements into robust project structures, roadmaps, and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously.
• Develop and establish organization-wide project management governance, reporting structures, and methodological guidelines.
• Identify critical project risks early and drive sustainable response scenarios.
• Support change processes, stakeholder management, and organizational implementation.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects in international or cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of classical, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies and standards.
• Proficiency in management-level communication and handling escalation processes.
• Experience managing external service providers and complex dependencies.
• Based in Germany (offices in Aurich, Mannheim, Magdeburg, Bremen).
