Staff Product Manager, Technical (AI)

What you will do

• Drive product vision and strategy for complex, high-stakes digital products across client engagements.
• Define product operating models, discovery practices, delivery standards, success frameworks, and product metrics.
• Frame complex problems, align stakeholders, and lead resolution of difficult product decisions and tradeoffs.
• Advise client executives and senior leadership on product direction, strategy, delivery, and technology decisions.
• Lead executive-level workshops and stakeholder forums while mentoring experienced product managers.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and the growth of the product management practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including a strong record in consultative or enterprise environments.
• Experience defining product vision and strategy for complex, high-stakes digital products.
• Expert client advisory skills and experience influencing executives.
• Deep experience leading discovery, roadmapping, and delivery across large, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Experience mentoring senior product managers and aligning engineering, design, strategy, and business functions.
• Experience defining product metrics, success frameworks, iterative delivery models, and using AI tools such as Claude for research synthesis and product thinking.
