What you will do

  • Drive CCO efforts within the E2E Lending & Working Capital team to optimize the control environment.
  • Support the design, optimization, and process mapping of E2E controls.
  • Utilize data analytics, AI, and automation tools to continually improve risk and control reporting.
  • Produce and maintain standardized risk and control process maps.
  • Manage actions resulting from operational risk events and breaches.
  • Identify and implement proactive improvements to the control environment.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in a 1st Line Risk or Controls role within financial services.
  • Proven experience applying risk management frameworks in a practical business environment.
  • Experience conducting control assessments and optimizing control effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of operational and conduct risk management within a regulated organization.
  • Ability to analyze risk data to support informed decision-making.
  • Confidence and credibility to influence and present to senior leaders.
