What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development and execution of masterbrand and hero campaigns to grow reach and brand health metrics.
- Coordinate paid, earned, and owned channels into a unified plan to achieve both brand and sales targets.
- Manage media and creative agencies to execute HFSS-compliant paid media across OOH, print, and audio-visual channels.
- Ensure New Product Development (NPD) lands on shelves on time and provide necessary support for retail sell-ins.
- Establish UK consumer insight capabilities by translating shopper and category data into actionable strategies.
- Manage, coach, and develop two Brand Managers through clear frameworks and regular feedback.
Requirements
- Proven FMCG brand management experience with a track record of delivering 360 campaigns.
- Strong strategic judgment in media planning and agency management, particularly with HFSS-compliant channels.
- Direct line management experience with a focus on mentoring and coaching.
- Expertise in conducting and commissioning consumer research to drive campaign strategy.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and accountability for ROI.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Richmond, London.
