What you will do
- Manage and continually improve the UK Shopify website, including product merchandising and seasonal launches.
- Deliver and optimize SEO/GEO/AEO activity to drive sustainable organic traffic for B2B and B2C e-commerce.
- Build and deliver the CRM content calendar using Klaviyo and HubSpot to optimize email campaigns based on customer data.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns on Amazon, including creative briefing, content uploads, and product page enhancements.
- Deliver HFSS-compliant paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Analyze performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics to provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience running digital campaign calendars with end-to-end execution across multiple channels.
- Strong CRM and email marketing experience, including building and optimizing campaigns.
- Hands-on website management experience, ideally with Shopify.
- Knowledge of SEO/GEO/AEO to drive organic growth through content-led strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience crafting performance reports.
- Must be based in or able to work from Richmond, London for the hybrid setup.
