What you will do
- Lead scrubbing, validation, and analysis of annuitant-level data for Pension Risk Transfer transactions.
- Transform raw data from multiple sources into accurate reports and databases for due diligence and operational setup.
- Perform rigorous quality checks and control reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and exceptions while maintaining clear documentation for auditability.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, implementation, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Recommend and help implement process improvements to strengthen data quality and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data consulting, or operations analytics.
- 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills and large, detailed datasets.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Springfield, MA office (Hybrid).
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of experience in Pension Risk Transfer, retirement operations, or complex financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation and automation tools.
- Experience with annuitant-level data and pension administration onboarding.
