What you will do

• Develop and track game-wide marketing initiatives, collaborating with Brand, Community, Product Development, UA, and Business Development teams.
• Partner with internal and external creative agencies to manage tracking and budgeting of creative assets.
• Collaborate with the User Acquisition team to set goals for creative testing and localization processes.
• Coordinate with game production and live ops on the timing and deliverables for new consumer-facing features and promotions.
• Oversee marketing analytics, including the creation of dashboards, budget tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
• Drive the development of player CRM programs and continuously optimize internal marketing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing for live service products, specifically within gaming, digital entertainment, or digital services.
• Must be located within the United States.
• Strong experience in project management with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of being highly collaborative and results-driven.
