TL;DR

Senior Product Marketing Manager (Gamedev): Driving the success of an ambitious AAA live-service multiplayer shooter with an accent on full-lifecycle marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, and community engagement. Focus on managing multi-million dollar budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with global platform partners to sustain long-term player growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Preference for those able to work in-person from our studio in Madison, Wisconsin.

hirify.global is a global gaming powerhouse behind the battle royale phenomenon PUBG, currently developing an exciting new IP at their state-of-the-art studio in Madison, WI.

What you will do

  • Own and execute full-lifecycle marketing campaigns from strategy through launch and post-launch live operations.
  • Design and operate platform-specific campaigns across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
  • Lead marketing collaborations with platform holders, internal development teams, and external agencies.
  • Drive influencer partnerships, community events, esports, and seasonal content marketing.
  • Define and optimize KPIs including engagement, conversion, player acquisition cost, and revenue.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, including forecasting and monthly expense tracking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of video game marketing experience, preferably with live-service multiplayer titles.
  • Deep understanding of the shooter, multiplayer, and free-to-play games landscape.
  • Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business cases.
  • Must be available to work during 11am-4pm CT Monday-Friday with regular evening availability (8-11pm CT) for international collaboration.
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada.
