• Lead organic social strategy for product lifecycle initiatives, including feature launches and ongoing content programming.
• Oversee social execution for promotional campaigns and recurring initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate sports and culture storylines into compelling, made-for-social content across X, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
• Develop and own a repeatable go-to-market playbook for product updates and promotional drops.
• Monitor performance metrics, synthesize insights, and report on content effectiveness to inform future planning.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional campaigns at the intersection of product marketing and social media.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of organic social media best practices and internet culture.
• Data fluency with the ability to turn performance insights into actionable strategy.
