What you will do
- Own the community strategy, membership model, and growth.
- Design and deliver membership substance, including exclusive events and expert-network access.
- Build and operate the community platform, events calendar, and engagement programs.
- Partner with the Editor-in-Chief to align community activity with published editorial work.
- Collaborate with Customer and Field Marketing to drive advocacy, retention, and acquisition.
- Manage the community and engagement team, measuring growth and funnel contribution.
Requirements
- Proven experience building professional or membership communities.
- Strong instincts for events and relationship management with senior leaders.
- Ability to treat community as a strategic asset for brand and acquisition.
- Strong operational skills to build repeatable engines and manage live calendars.
- Collaborative approach to working across multiple company functions.
- Must be based in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling membership communities from an early stage.
- Familiarity with community platform tools and measurement.
- Existing network within the data, AI, or technology communities.
