What you will do

• Own the community strategy, membership model, and growth.
• Design and deliver membership substance, including exclusive events and expert-network access.
• Build and operate the community platform, events calendar, and engagement programs.
• Partner with the Editor-in-Chief to align community activity with published editorial work.
• Collaborate with Customer and Field Marketing to drive advocacy, retention, and acquisition.
• Manage the community and engagement team, measuring growth and funnel contribution.

Requirements

• Proven experience building professional or membership communities.
• Strong instincts for events and relationship management with senior leaders.
• Ability to treat community as a strategic asset for brand and acquisition.
• Strong operational skills to build repeatable engines and manage live calendars.
• Collaborative approach to working across multiple company functions.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling membership communities from an early stage.
• Familiarity with community platform tools and measurement.
• Existing network within the data, AI, or technology communities.
