What you will do

• Lead accounting, tax, statutory and SFC regulatory reporting, and local treasury operations for the Colombian entity.
• Drive the finance workstream of the SFC licensing process for the Compañía de Financiamiento.
• Own month-end close and statutory reporting under NIIF (Colombian IFRS).
• Manage Colombian tax compliance (renta, retención en la fuente, ICA, GMF) and maintain relationships with the DIAN.
• Deliver consolidation packages under IFRS/US GAAP and manage foreign-investment registration with the Banco de la República.
• Build and embed the internal control environment, including SOX 404 readiness.

Requirements

• Proven finance leadership experience within a Compañía de Financiamiento, bank, or other SFC-regulated institution.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting to the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC).
• Deep expertise in NIIF (Colombian IFRS), statutory reporting, and month-end close.
• Strong Colombian tax knowledge and established relationships with the DIAN.
• Experience preparing consolidation packages under IFRS/US GAAP.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
