Chief Financial Officer (Web3)

Location: Hybrid role based in Europe, with London preferred and approximately 10 days per month in the London office

Salary: £185,000–£250,000 GBP base per year

What you will do

• Lead the complete financial function of the business.
• Manage onchain financial reporting, accounting, monitoring, and auditing standards.
• Oversee financial operations for a digital asset-native organization.
• Maintain institutional-grade financial controls and reporting practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading onchain finance functions.
• Based in Europe; London preferred.
• Professional experience managing digital asset-native teams.
• Ability to work from the London office approximately 10 days per month.
