Location: Remote within Europe and EU time zones

Salary: €0–€250,000 annually, plus bonus

hirify.global is recruiting for a lean, product-focused client operating in the crypto and technology space.

What you will do

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business.
  • Oversee treasury, liquidity, and operations across traditional and digital assets.
  • Manage accounting, financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build scalable finance processes and reporting infrastructure.
  • Support the company through its next stage of growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of senior finance leadership or CFO-level experience.
  • Strong understanding of crypto, digital assets, or DeFi.
  • Experience managing treasury operations involving digital assets.
  • Background in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from Europe while aligning with EU time zones.

Nice to have

  • iGaming experience.
