Compensation: $26.56 – $35.93 per hour

What you will do

• Report loan activity records accurately and on time to investors.
• Perform monthly reconciliations in accordance with investor requirements.
• Maintain remittance schedules and ensure the timely delivery of funds.
• Apply amortization schedules to loan data for proper reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand the impact of servicing events.
• Utilize internal tools to perform root cause analysis and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and available for in-person meetings.
• 1 year of Investor Reporting experience within mortgage servicing.
• Proven experience working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and private investors.
• Strong understanding of remittance types and loan amortization.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sum functions) and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM (or 2-3 years of relevant experience).
