What you will do

• Coordinate new client onboarding, including kickoff calls and handoffs from the Sales team.
• Lead the pod's operational rhythm through daily syncs, weekly planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain ClickUp infrastructure, ensuring strict hygiene, accurate task tracking, and milestone visibility.
• Manage client communication, including synthesizing weekly recap emails and handling meeting logistics.
• Track pod member workload and capacity, proactively surfacing blockers to the pod leader.
• Support the preparation of Monthly Operating Review decks for the executive team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client services, ideally in agency or consulting environments.
• Must live in Colombia.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or a comparable project management platform (sprints, custom fields, complex structures).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for professional client-facing interactions.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
• High level of organization and attention to detail when managing multiple simultaneous engagements.

• Experience project managing technical teams such as engineers or developers.
