What you will do
- Identify and engage Director, VP, and C-level HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to solution development, proposals, and contract execution.
- Develop creative, multi-channel prospecting strategies using LinkedIn, email, and AI-powered personalization.
- Research prospective clients to align RPO solutions with their specific business and hiring challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet unique client needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- 4+ years of experience selling RPO, HRO, or talent acquisition services.
- Proven track record of generating new pipeline and closing net-new enterprise business.
- Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity.
- Ability to travel 25-30%.

- Established network within the HR and Talent Acquisition community.
- Experience selling HR technology or AI-powered recruiting solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies and AI prospecting tools.
