What you will do

• Plan and implement short-term and long-term project delivery to ensure they are on-time and on-budget.
• Manage customer expectations and stakeholder engagement to maintain high CSAT scores.
• Identify project bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients and production teams.
• Coordinate project requirements, dependencies, and critical paths with team members.
• Develop progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Define project success criteria and establish best practices for execution.

Requirements

• Graduate and Post Graduate degree with an MBA.
• Knowledge of the MLR Process and Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytical tools.
• Willingness to work in a Global Working Model.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multi-priority environments.
