What you will do

• Assume overall project-level ownership for publication accounts, maintaining scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Draft and implement workflows and timelines to ensure the seamless delivery of medical communications tactics.
• Manage author relationships, including the distribution and tracking of agreements, forms, and deliverables.
• Oversee financial integrity by drafting budgets, monitoring invoices, and managing project expenses and vendor POs.
• Maintain accuracy in project tracking software such as iEnvision, DataVision, PubsHub, and PubStrat.
• Submit data to client databases like Veeva Vault and Zinc for compliance with the Sunshine Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-5 years of project management experience within a medical communications agency, publications, or a pharmaceutical company.
• Experience with publication accounts within a medical communications agency and with iEnvision software is required.
• Excellent financial acumen and the ability to monitor and adhere to approved budgets.
• Strong professional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to master various content management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
