What you will do

• Develop and validate machine learning and predictive models to solve real business and operational challenges.
• Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, from data collection and feature engineering to evaluation and documentation.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to extract meaningful patterns and actionable insights from raw data.
• Document experiments to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and traceability of results.
• Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture within the AI Agentic Innovation Hub.

Requirements

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning projects.
• Proficiency in Python and core libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
• Familiarity with neural networks and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, handling missing values, unbalanced datasets, and outlier detection.
• Understanding of Responsible AI concepts, including bias mitigation, transparency, and interpretability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics.
• Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes, and MLOps frameworks.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure ML, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Databricks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, fast-paced environments.
