• Leverage Machine Learning and GenAI to solve complex business problems, making processes better and faster.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making.
• Contribute directly to hirify.global’s long-term success and financial impact through concrete solutions.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in quantitative fields such as Math, Physics, Data Science, or Engineering.
• All experience levels are welcome, including recent graduates with no prior working experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Structured problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and break down complex problems.
• Curiosity, proactivity, quick learning, and an innovative mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python and coding best practices.
• Experience with machine learning and Generative AI (openAI/Gemini APIs, agentic frameworks, …)
• Business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English.
