What you will do

• Manage internship vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and offer coordination.
• Coordinate and attend university campus recruitment events throughout the Netherlands.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment records, data management, and scheduling.
• Conduct research to support strategic recruitment and business initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and support local, regional, and global Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must remain enrolled as a student throughout the internship period.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proactive, self-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
