What you will do

• Act as a strategic recruitment partner for the Services Department, aligning priorities and providing market insights.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake and requirement-setting to offer.
• Proactively source and build passive pipelines for high-priority and recurring role types.
• Lead and develop two recruiters, providing structured feedback and mentorship.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize briefs, outreach, and research.
• Advise hiring managers using data-led benchmarks on talent availability and compensation.

Requirements

• Solid full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services.
• Proven track record of genuine stakeholder partnership and advisory relationships.
• Must be already based in Amsterdam for in-person collaboration with the Services team.
• Experience using or implementing AI tools within a recruiting workflow.
• Ability to mentor and guide experienced colleagues in a lead capacity.
• Data literacy for framing conversations with pipeline metrics and benchmarks.
