What you will do

• Shape and deliver a commercial product strategy that maximizes income while aligning with organizational values.
• Lead and develop a high-performing buying and merchandising team.
• Oversee the sourcing and delivery of hirify.global-sourced and bought-in product ranges.
• Drive product performance across 500+ retail shops and online marketplaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization as a spokesperson at major industry and sector events.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Oxford, UK.
• Significant experience leading a high-performing buying and merchandising team.
• Proven strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholders.
