E-commerce Manager (Shopify)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day trading performance across multiple websites and the app, owning the trading calendar.
• Lead, support, and develop E-commerce Executives through regular coaching and workload planning.
• Drive website and app improvements by translating commercial needs into detailed Jira tickets for Tech and Product teams.
• Apply digital merchandising best practices to optimize product listings, search results, and customer journeys.
• Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and digital improvements across internal teams and brand partners.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, and traffic to recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong E-commerce experience, ideally within retail or consumer-focused business.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable E-commerce platform.
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercially focused actions.
• Experience using Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Strong people-management skills, including coaching and development.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Trafford Park office in Manchester.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bloomreach Discovery or similar search and merchandising platforms.
• Familiarity with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, or Hotjar.
• Experience with online marketplaces, particularly TikTok Shop.
• Experience supporting website launches, migrations, or replatforming projects.
