Product Manager, Ethernet Portfolio (Senior) (Ethernet/Connectivity): Leading the end‑to‑end Ethernet product portfolio for retail and wholesale markets with an accent on portfolio strategy and commercial performance. Focus on managing product lifecycles, driving P&L growth, and overseeing the migration to strategic platforms.
Location: Hybrid (Bristol, Birmingham, London, or Manchester). Required to be at the contractual location 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and investment roadmap for the Ethernet portfolio across its full lifecycle.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Product Managers with wider matrix leadership.
- Drive portfolio commercial performance, including P&L, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Oversee product development, in-life performance, and end-of-life migration activities.
- Support major customer bids and large-scale opportunities as a subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with networks, technology, and operations teams to deliver strategic change.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex B2B or enterprise connectivity product portfolios.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Proven commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and business case development.
- Experience leading and developing product management teams.
- Strong technical understanding of Ethernet, IP, or data networking technologies.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work from Bristol, Birmingham, London, or Manchester.
Nice to have
- Experience across both retail and wholesale connectivity markets.
- Exposure to large enterprise, government, or multinational customers.
- Experience with transformation or platform migration programs.
- Experience working in Agile or product-led environments.
