Salary: £55,000–£65,500 (depending on location).

What you will do

• Define and manage the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of English qualification products.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Assessment, and Operations to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product recommendations.
• Represent the organization at conferences, stakeholder events, and customer visits.
• Monitor financial targets and develop business cases for new product initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and eligible to work.
• Strong understanding of the UK educational landscape and the needs of schools and colleges.
• Proven experience in product management, educational publishing, or curriculum support.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and information to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix-style working environment.
