What you will do

• Conduct targeted and continuous assurance reviews to identify and report breaches of FCA and other regulatory requirements.
• Produce meaningful MI reporting through surveillance and continuous assurance activities.
• Update compliance-related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Review and approve financial promotions and provide assurance assessments of 1LOD approvals.
• Manage the Compliance Inbox, providing procedural advice and escalating queries to senior management.
• Monitor and report on market abuse, insider dealing, and conflicts of interest.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of UK financial services and the regulatory context.
• Must be based in or be able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve errors and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in financial planning and investment management is preferred.
• Level 4 Professional qualifications relevant to compliance are desirable.
