TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Build and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of acquisition, upsell, and retention campaigns.
  • Segment large customer and prospect datasets to deliver highly targeted, personalized communications.
  • Design and optimize automated workflows to support customer lifecycle and revenue growth.
  • Manage campaign QA, governance, and compliance to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers and analytics stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong background in digital marketing operations or marketing technology (MarTech).
  • Experience working with large datasets, audience segmentation, and targeting logic.
  • Ability to translate commercial briefs into scalable automated customer journeys.
  • Location: Must be based in London to support hybrid working (3 days in office).

Nice to have

  • Experience in telecommunications, SaaS, or fast-paced digital industries.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Litmus, or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies.
