What you will do

• Develop and lead the UK marketing strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Partner with the Senior Leadership Team and Growth Leads to define go-to-market priorities and investment focus.
• Execute integrated B2B marketing programs and ABM initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through PR opportunities and thought leadership programs.
• Lead marketing support for priority sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to optimize marketing performance and investment decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and business development.
• Experience working in an agency or consulting environment within the technology, digital transformation, or AI space.
• Proven track record of implementing successful integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Expert relationship-building skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with regional or global teams.
