What you will do
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new customers in Sub-distribution, Independent Retail, and Telecommunications sectors.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across distribution and re-sell channels in the Southern Africa cluster.
- Develop and optimize partner portals to ensure digital shelf excellence.
- Execute integrated commercial strategies to synchronize online promotions and offline activities.
- Monitor channel stock levels and sell-out data to ensure healthy inventory rotations.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and supply chain teams for forecasting and POS optimization.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or Consumer Electronics.
- Proven track record in New Business Development and Account Management.
- Experience managing distribution networks and sub-distributors in Southern Africa.
- Deep understanding of the intersection between physical retail and e-commerce.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Gauteng, South Africa.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
