What you will do

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new customers in Sub-distribution, Independent Retail, and Telecommunications sectors.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across distribution and re-sell channels in the Southern Africa cluster.
  • Develop and optimize partner portals to ensure digital shelf excellence.
  • Execute integrated commercial strategies to synchronize online promotions and offline activities.
  • Monitor channel stock levels and sell-out data to ensure healthy inventory rotations.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and supply chain teams for forecasting and POS optimization.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or Consumer Electronics.
  • Proven track record in New Business Development and Account Management.
  • Experience managing distribution networks and sub-distributors in Southern Africa.
  • Deep understanding of the intersection between physical retail and e-commerce.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Gauteng, South Africa.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
