What you will do

  • Conduct sales for hirify.global products to both existing and new clients based on performance criteria.
  • Develop and influence a network of key client relationships.
  • Explore all opportunities in the Client Product Whitebox and adhere to the FY customer visit timetable.
  • Manage all communications within the CRM and produce professional documents and proposals.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by prioritizing daily activities efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience or a similar role.
  • Matric qualification.
  • Working knowledge of sales tools and various software applications.
  • Strong sales track record with a demonstrated ability to influence and overcome objections.
  • Ability to identify new lead sources and facilitate negotiations.
