Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement secure network architecture enforcing segmentation per NIST SP 800-171.
• Build and maintain CMMC Level 2 compliant infrastructure including access controls and audit logging.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling.
• Manage employee devices, identity management, and automated provisioning.
• Implement network hardening, intrusion detection, and threat monitoring.
• Provide hands-on IT support and help desk ticket triage for internal operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on network and infrastructure engineering experience.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Deep expertise in CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 implementation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using Python or Bash.
• Strong background in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Experience with identity and access management and network segmentation.

• Startup or scale-up infrastructure experience.
• Experience building internal tools that scale operational efficiency.
