TL;DR

Data Planner (CRM/Automotive): Developing and delivering data-driven strategies focused on CRM targeting, personalisation, and measurement for a large automotive account with an accent on connecting data analysis to broader marketing strategy. Focus on defining KPIs, optimizing multi-channel campaigns, and translating complex technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - teams in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

  • Develop data-driven CRM strategies focused on targeting, personalisation, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Analyze campaigns to extract actionable insights and define KPIs, benchmarks, and forecasts.
  • Create campaign targeting plans and briefs for internal and third-party delivery teams.
  • Drive strategy across multiple channels including email, push, SMS, social, mobile, and web.
  • Manage relationships with client stakeholders and regularly present data-driven findings.
  • Collaborate with analysts, strategists, and campaign delivery teams to ensure connected communications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data function, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Ability to explain complex technical data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and high level of numeracy.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, or ESPs.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
