What you will do

• Shape the Customer Voice Program by defining strategic data goals, measurable targets, and future-focused reporting.
• Manage data requests and build reliable frameworks for accurate team scorecards.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools into reporting workflows to accelerate insight delivery while protecting data quality.
• Partner with CX Leads to connect change-management metrics with broader business reporting and operational improvement.
• Establish governance processes and searchable, secure libraries for preserving insights and supporting future strategy.
• Coach team members and align stakeholders around a shared data and reporting roadmap.

Requirements

• Strategic data storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools, dashboards, reporting, and data frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data integrity, governance, compliance guardrails, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading, coaching, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines; the role is remote.
