You'll lead the design function within their AI Group, managing a team of AI Designers and working with engineers and scientists to shape model behavior, evals, and reasoning loops. Requires deep hands-on LLM experience and proven product leadership; UK base £205-240k plus 15% bonus and $400-450k RSU, with visa sponsorship available.
