What you will do

  • Build and expand trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to align hirify.global solutions with client objectives.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive organic account growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for subscription clients, ensuring high retention rates.
  • Lead de-escalation and "return to health" plans for at-risk accounts using matrix team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Track account health and success metrics using data insights to improve retention and revenue.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the learning technology (EdTech) industry.
  • Proven track record of balancing revenue and retention targets with customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage risks and escalations within a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the UK
