What you will do
- Build and expand trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to align solutions with client objectives.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive organic account growth.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for subscription clients, ensuring high retention rates.
- Lead de-escalation and "return to health" plans for at-risk accounts using matrix team collaboration.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Track account health and success metrics using data insights to improve retention and revenue.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the learning technology (EdTech) industry.
- Proven track record of balancing revenue and retention targets with customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage risks and escalations within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be based in the UK
