Regional Field Service Engineer Mechatronic (Packaging)

What you will do

• Provide expert field service and technical support for hirify.global labeling technology.
• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed rotary labeling machines, including Hot Melt, Cold Glue, and PSL systems.
• Coordinate technical reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform on-site installations and optimization of equipment.
• Travel extensively to client sites to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of field service experience specifically with rotary labeling machines.
• Proven experience within the beverage PET and GLASS industry.
• Strong technical background in Automation and Mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with PLCs such as Siemens, B&R, ELAU, or Schneider.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time in an international environment.

• Knowledge of other hirify.global machinery, such as Blowing or Filling equipment.
