Location: London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

A FTSE 100 fintech providing multi-asset execution, clearing, financing, and custody services to institutional clients globally.

What you will do

  • Research and identify prospective clients including hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, pitches, and proposals.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from initial pitch to onboarding and ongoing servicing.
  • Develop deep expertise in Prime Brokerage, Liquidity, and White Label solutions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the professional network and gather market intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and institutional trading landscapes.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for a hybrid schedule (3 days/week).

Nice to have

  • Experience in Prime Brokerage, FX, CFD, or Fintech.
  • Proficiency in additional languages for European markets.
