What you will do

• Manage and oversee 30+ marketing calendars for hotel and non-hotel suppliers.
• Create and maintain a master central marketing grid and annual portfolios of campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with preferred suppliers to secure marketing activity well in advance of distribution dates.
• Partner closely with sales teams to generate new ideas and joint promotional planning.
• Support the management of annual RFPs, training presentations, quarterly business reviews, and market reports.
• Optimize methods and processes to ensure on-time delivery of all marketing activity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, trade marketing, or campaign coordination.
• Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns, schedules, or marketing calendars simultaneously.
• Experience working with external partners, suppliers, or third-party stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail.
