What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and accounts to achieve annual and quarterly targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline.
• Manage the end-to-end tender and bid processes, including developing tailored proposals and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and hospital management.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Service Teams, and Finance on pricing and technical solution design.
• Monitor post-installation customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upgrades and service contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering, life science, business, or economics preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales or project-based sales.
• Fluency in Korean and business-level English proficiency.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Seongnam, South Korea.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or high-technology industries.
• Hands-on experience with hospital tenders or public procurement.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or CPQ systems.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts such as margin, P&L, and cash flow.
