ERP Workstream Manager - Operations & Project Delivery (ERP)

What you will do

• Support SPOC and functional leads in Operations, Project Delivery, Service Delivery, and Resource Management throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
• Clarify requirements, review designs, define reporting needs, and resolve gaps between requirements and ERP out-of-the-box functionality.
• Identify customizations, scope requirements, and review proposed designs.
• Review and provide feedback on the evolving ERP solution build by Deltek in collaboration with SPOCs and leads.
• Lead project management, coordination, reporting, escalations for the workstream, and interface with HCM, Finance, and other workstreams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years proven experience in ERP implementations in operations, project delivery, and resource management (ideally engineering consultant)
• Proven experience in operations and service delivery initiatives in ERP context
• Experience in large complex multi-system implementations and transformation programs
• Experience in multi-geographical and multi-cultural environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Digital Business Analytics qualifications (plus)
• Familiarity with Project Delivery, Operations, and Resource Management in engineering environment
