Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus. Hybrid work mode.

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality multi-channel support to standard and premium traders and partners.
- Support client retention by providing accurate guidance and practical insights.
- Identify and share relevant trends and observations to influence Product and IT roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to resolve client issues effectively.
- Conduct layer-1 trade investigations and validations in accordance with approved processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to the CX Charter, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Native or near-native French (written and spoken).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Ability to work on rotating evening and weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Legal right to work in Cyprus.
