What you will do

• Own the full environment art production process, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, and backlog management.
• Establish clear communication channels across art leads, game design, and production.
• Evaluate current art approaches and implement modern pipelines and iterative development practices.
• Manage environment assembly and integration, tracking asset completion and review status.
• Coordinate the optimization of content to meet target performance benchmarks.
• Act as the connective layer between art leads and art direction to align and unblock senior staff.

Requirements

• Essential background in art (must have progressed into production/management from an art role).
• Proven experience managing 3D content production.
• Deep understanding of art production processes, level art, and resource management.
• Strong project management skills in scheduling, prioritization, and risk management.
• Leadership presence with the authority to guide senior art leads.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping one or more games in a production role.
• Expertise in setting up and optimizing art/environment content pipelines.
• Experience with console porting.
