What you will do

• Support producers in coordinating the development and delivery of cosmetic content.
• Partner with artists and discipline leads to ensure work progresses on schedule.
• Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain schedules, documentation, and production dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings and capture action items to help unblock the team.
• Communicate project status and updates across cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in production, project coordination, or project management within game development or a creative industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar production tools.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
